I have been a customer at this location for many years even before it was Casa Ford and still Borman automotive group I’ve had my vehicle serviced and repaired at this location and the last 2 times I had my vehicles repaired the experience I had was not good, I complained to the managers and explain my problem and difficulty I had with service writer and technicians - this was about the time that the business went from Borman automotive to Casa Ford When I did not receive a call back seeking to settle the issue, I made the decision to never return Well, that lasted over a year when I decided to take my truck back to have it serviced - i’ve always been a loyal Ford customer both by purchasing vehicles and having my vehicles repaired and serviced using Motorcraft parts As soon as I walked in, I saw that the personnel had been changed and the way they greeted me was totally different. I met the service writer, Kari B. She immediately was very courteous, gracious, and welcoming To make a long story short, yesterday, I ended up spending over $3000 at this location. I met the technician named Austin. They were both very knowledgeable and hospitable. Whatever changes have been made the transformation is obvious and is working I operated my own auto repair shop for 37 years so I know the ins and outs very well and I can tell you that I will gladly return and I recommend Kari and Austin and all the personnel of Casa Ford
