Service Department Review: Maria was my consultant. She listened and understood the reported concern with my vehicle. Unfortunately, when I brought my vehicle in, it decided to no longer have the A/C issue. Maria still went through the steps and technicians gave my vehicle a thorough look over to ensure they didn’t miss anything. Very happy with service all around! Fast forward a few days: my vehicle A/C issue returns during one of our hot days; I drove straight to Ford. While Maria was not available, Roger remembered me, stepped in to help and we looked through some potential issues.
