I was hearing a clanking/rattling sound in my new vehicle that I only had for a couple months. I called to schedule service. Lisa got me in right away. I dropped my vehicle off and within 2.5 hours, my vehicle was diagnosed, fixed, oil was changed and tires rotated and was ready for pick up.
