Your person and.Durr, that helped me was very awesome. The new girl that’s in the service department from Elpaso I got an oil change. Everything was 5. My only problem is ,a fone direct line. Sure granted I can get on the computer but what happens to the elderly /Seniors that want to do business with you ? your managers really need to look into place card, phone number if you’re gonna send a text or an email put a Direct Fone number so we don’t have to go through channels/ prompts!! I spent a whole hour trying to get through on Saturday April 11, trying to get a direct person and every time I got through I got disconnected🤔😫 So being a senior 50 and older, you need a direct line. You really need to fix that if you want your service better everything else was great. thank you, Keisha, deDurr you are awesome and so are the people who worked that day 💪🏼🤩😘🫵🏾
