I found myself in need of a new car. I was interested in a HONDA, My local investment advisor was very enthusiastic in recommending Braden Tidwell at Casa Honda in Las Cruces. I have to admit I was nervous and intimidated at the prospect. Oh Ive bought cars many times before but years ago and this time it was complicated by the fact that the 'trade in' (my old Honda) had been in an accident and was in the middle of that processing. Branden handled it all, and guided me thought the process. He even spoke directly to the Insurance company for me. He has made me feel confident in the process. and I have no doubt he will be there to help me if I need more. I can not express the relief I have felt in dealing with someone I felt I could trust and had the full intention of seeing my needs were met. Thank you

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! Clyde made the experience enjoyable. Even the Driver who delivered the vehicle was professional & friendly. After everything was done, we felt good knowing we had the EXACT Hyundai we wanted, and paid a fair price. I would highly recommend working with these fine individuals, and no doubt will return when ready to make our next purchase even though we are 250 + miles away. YES, the value and experience made it well worth it.

I had a pretty good experience at Casa Ford overall. Maria was especially helpful with scheduling and did a great job communicating with me and adapting to what seemed to be a short-staffed service department. My routine service (oil change, tire rotation, inspection) took about 3 hours rather than the 2 hours I was originally quoted. I was a little disappointed by the additional wait, although the waiting area was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, so the extra time wasn’t a major inconvenience. My main areas of disappointment were communication and the inspection process. I never received the vehicle inspection video, although I did receive the proper inspection paperwork. I also would have appreciated clearer communication about exactly what I was requesting to have done to the vehicle. Overall, though, the experience was positive, and Maria’s customer service made a difference. With somewhat better communication and follow-through on the inspection video, I would have no hesitation giving 5 stars.
