I took my 2015 F150 in for the recall for the transmission downshifting to second gear at highway speeds without warning .I called for an appointment and talked to Marie .she scheduled me for 8 am the following Tuesday .they had the truck for just about an hour and called me it was ready and the only things they recomended other than the recall was a replacement air filter element .and change / flush the brake fluid and replace the brake fluid cap which was damaged leading to the fluid contamination . When they refreshed the transmission software it not only took care of the recall issue it is functioning better than it was before.. All in all my experience was a very positive one Mike Day

I bought a Maverick hybrid truck in 2025 it's an awesome truck I get about 48 miles a gallon . When you drive in economy mode .I can Haul Harleys , when you put the tailgate in haul position you can haul 20 sheets of plywood or more with ease . It's a quick truck in sport mode the built in hitch and already installed is awesome the truck tows campers with ease . I highly recommend it.

I had a pretty good experience at Casa Ford overall. Maria was especially helpful with scheduling and did a great job communicating with me and adapting to what seemed to be a short-staffed service department. My routine service (oil change, tire rotation, inspection) took about 3 hours rather than the 2 hours I was originally quoted. I was a little disappointed by the additional wait, although the waiting area was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, so the extra time wasn’t a major inconvenience. My main areas of disappointment were communication and the inspection process. I never received the vehicle inspection video, although I did receive the proper inspection paperwork. I also would have appreciated clearer communication about exactly what I was requesting to have done to the vehicle. Overall, though, the experience was positive, and Maria’s customer service made a difference. With somewhat better communication and follow-through on the inspection video, I would have no hesitation giving 5 stars.
