The words for Casa are Integrity, truthfulness and hardest of all to find to find these days - honesty, or “people who stand behind their word.” I recently bought a new car from Jason at Casa Ford. Jason was my type of salesman, he’d pitch in when I needed him, or show me new features, but he didn’t suffocate me and my father. He was almost invisible in the back seat during our test drive, but would pipe up as soon as he could show us something, answer a question, or join in the conversation. For being so young, he presents with that type of old fashioned nice southern charm type of demeanor. He was warm, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. I’d highly recommend him. Negotiations were as smooth as they could be for what they are. But smooth and negotiations together is impressive, we’ve all had those overbearing, verbose, aggressive, slimy dealerships or negotiating and that’s NOT CASA. They were professional at all times, gave me a deal I thought was fair and treated me and my guests like humans and with respect. Where I give them MAJOR props, is in honoring their word. I am an old school guy, so I never accept a dealerships word or a “promise.” I get every single thing we mention on an old fashion We Owe. But with Casa and Jason? Sometimes They did extra, extended a nicety I didn’t even ask for. We had an EV, so there were some new things to go over compared to a traditional purchase, and every time I would worry they wouldn’t come through with their word - I was wrong. I’d call Casa and Jason customer service at its FINEST. Shout out to Andrew a Sales Manager for squaring up loose ends, also being an incredibly nice guy, and not letting things fall through the cracks. I genuinely felt guilty about how many times I had to visit these guys because of special circumstances, and not once did Andrew make me feel unwelcome. Liked my greeting, enjoyed the customer service, LOVE my car, and RESPECT their morals/sales attitude/Integrity. I’ve never been loyal to a dealership at 35 years old and 7 cars in, but I can easily see thinking Casa first for my next buying experience. Remind Sergio he’s not always the smartest guy in the room, and not to misjudge gentle guidance towards the right decision. . Thanks Casa!!!

I contacted Bryant with a very specific Hyundai Tucson trim level and color in mind that was not available in El Paso. He aided in the tracking and arrival of the vehicle and ensured it would make its way to me. He was very knowledgeable in the vehicles technology and features. He was very transparent and helpful during the entire process. Outstanding communication. My only suggestion for improvement would be in regards to detailing. Interior of the car could have been a bit more thoroughly cleaned.
