I recently purchased a vehicle from Casa Ford, and I want to specifically recognize Jeff for making for the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. I had already ordered my car, and it was shipped to the dealership, so my visit was manly to complete the purchase. From the moment I arrived, Jeff was incredibly welcoming, organized, and efficient. He had everything ready to go, explained the paperwork clearly, and made sure the whole process was smooth and stress-free. What I appreciated most was how kind and personable he was. Even though this wasn’t a traditional “shopping” experience, he still took the time to make me feel valued and taken care of. He answered all my questions and made sure I was completely comfortable before I left. I highly recommend asking for Jeff at Casa Ford, in Las Cruces, NM if you’re looking for great customer service!

Had my first issue with my 2024 F150 4X4 pickup which I purchased new from Casa Ford in Las Cruces,New Mexico. Drove by in another vehicle and talked to Roger Cavazos in the service department. He advised me to arrange to get the vehicle towed to their shop to get an assessment of the problem. I called AAA and the vehicle was loaded on a flatbed wrecker and sent to the dealership. Roger contacted me when it arrived and kept me updated throughout the process. I was concerned that the symptoms of the problem were related to an open recall which is waiting on parts delivery. Roger Informed me that that inspection in the shop showed the noise and vibrations were not related to the recall, and the vehicle was safe to drive. He informed me of an additional recent recall that would be taken care of while the truck was at the shop. He called when the vehicle was ready for pickup. The invoice for services showed no charge. Very pleased with Casa Ford Las Cruces and the great people I have met and worked with there.

Jason Dominguez in the service department went out of his way for us. We have an extended warranty and they didn’t want to cover our service. He did everything he could. He sent them pictures Called them more than once and kept us up to date with what was going on. End the end the warranty company did not pay for the service because they could not see the problem in the pictures. But Jason still gets a big thumbs up for effort. Also, he was very patient with us and never rushed us when it was obvious he was very busy. Thank you Jason. You are awesome!

This was the first time I dealt with Casa Ford in Las Cruces, NM. The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. The Service lasted around 3 hours as expected. A courtesy shuttle was offered. I requested the Mustang be washed after servicing (which they gladly did).

The service department My 2024 Mustang decided to celebrate the holidays early—dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree on steroids, and the AC was basically on permanent vacation. Roger gave me the full, no-BS rundown, checked every code, and made damn sure everything was still under warranty before touching my wallet. Zero up-sell, zero drama—just straight “I got this”. Super communicative (texts back faster than my ex- wife ever did), flexible, cooperative, and knows Mustangs like he personality. He’s professional, friendly, understanding—basically the anti-stealership guy. He’s THE man if you want it done right, fast, and without the headache. Please give this guy a raise before he starts fixing cars for free just to spite the dealership.

We stopped in just as they were closing and we were able to secure an appointment the next morning. The service dept got us in right away and we were on our way. My service advisor Jason Dominguez recommended that we not rush the work, so the car was returned the next day. A porter delivered my car to my door. Mr. Dominguez is exceptionally good at his work: personable, honest, and informative.
