I found myself in need of a new car. I was interested in a HONDA, My local investment advisor was very enthusiastic in recommending Braden Tidwell at Casa Honda in Las Cruces. I have to admit I was nervous and intimidated at the prospect. Oh Ive bought cars many times before but years ago and this time it was complicated by the fact that the 'trade in' (my old Honda) had been in an accident and was in the middle of that processing. Branden handled it all, and guided me thought the process. He even spoke directly to the Insurance company for me. He has made me feel confident in the process. and I have no doubt he will be there to help me if I need more. I can not express the relief I have felt in dealing with someone I felt I could trust and had the full intention of seeing my needs were met. Thank you

Gabe and service team checked my radar/sensor on Honda accord and found out how to repair it without replacing the radar. Parts department rep also helped with information and suggestions. They also helped me with a uber ride back to my office. Much appreciated! Thank you!

Dropped off the vehicle for a weight sensor recall on passenger seat. Free shuttle back home, for the over 2 hour repair time, and pickup and return to dealership. Shuttle driver pleasant and friendly. Service repair time estimate right on target. Overall, easy-peasy all around! Have had 2 other minor recalls on this vehicle, all serviced here without any complaints!

Additionally, when one or two questions arose that required input from the sales manager Michael Bolaños, he was readily available and helpful at outlining alternatives. Financial aspects were handled by Jacob Halbison, and he provided clear options as to financing possibilities. A few days later when I picked up the vehicle, not only did Braden patiently provide clear, thorough "how to" explanations concerning vehicle functions and safe operations, but as I was leaving to drive off, Michael came over to again thank me for the purchase.
