Outstanding service

Had my first issue with my 2024 F150 4X4 pickup which I purchased new from Casa Ford in Las Cruces,New Mexico. Drove by in another vehicle and talked to Roger Cavazos in the service department. He advised me to arrange to get the vehicle towed to their shop to get an assessment of the problem. I called AAA and the vehicle was loaded on a flatbed wrecker and sent to the dealership. Roger contacted me when it arrived and kept me updated throughout the process. I was concerned that the symptoms of the problem were related to an open recall which is waiting on parts delivery. Roger Informed me that that inspection in the shop showed the noise and vibrations were not related to the recall, and the vehicle was safe to drive. He informed me of an additional recent recall that would be taken care of while the truck was at the shop. He called when the vehicle was ready for pickup. The invoice for services showed no charge. Very pleased with Casa Ford Las Cruces and the great people I have met and worked with there.

Jason Dominguez in the service department went out of his way for us. We have an extended warranty and they didn’t want to cover our service. He did everything he could. He sent them pictures Called them more than once and kept us up to date with what was going on. End the end the warranty company did not pay for the service because they could not see the problem in the pictures. But Jason still gets a big thumbs up for effort. Also, he was very patient with us and never rushed us when it was obvious he was very busy. Thank you Jason. You are awesome!

This was the first time I dealt with Casa Ford in Las Cruces, NM. The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. The Service lasted around 3 hours as expected. A courtesy shuttle was offered. I requested the Mustang be washed after servicing (which they gladly did).
