Just bought a 2024 Hyundai Palisade from this dealership, and I’ll say the service was friendly and patient. Braden Tidwell, was a great salesman, who didn’t push us, but worked with us to get the car we wanted. I was also very pleased with the financial manager Aaron Driedger, who was extremely understanding and honest with us. My wife being a veteran and myself in the Army, I really appreciated their willing to help us as well as thorough explanation of the entire process. I personally would recommend that all military personnel especially those with soldiers looking to purchase their first vehicle.

Benny helped me buy my first car, I’ve owned my 2022 Veloster N for almost a year with 5K miles on it so far. I’m truly thankful how I’ve been treated here as a customer, they truly do care & treat people honest & respectful. I’ve had nothing but horrible & terrible experience’s at Hyundai of El Paso & do not recommend them! It’s why I decided to buy my vehicle at Hyundai of Borman at Las Cruces, thank you Borman! Unfortunately I’ll be seeing them soon for some body work & repair’s to my car because someone t-boned me the other day so I’ll post another review when my car is fixed. I’m super depressed & upset as I’ve worked hard for my vehicle & just nervous with the overall situation, hopefully everything goes well, wish me luck.

My wife and I purchased a new 2024 Tucson at Casa Hyundai this past weekend. I normally never write a review for anything! I have to say that Luciano that does the trade - ins was amazing. I called several days before to get an approximate value on my car, he not only was on top of that, but he worked with our salesman Rich on the sale of our new vehicle. These two men went above and beyond what you normally find in this modern age!! REAL SERVICE BY MEN THAT ACTUALLY CARED about all questions that my wife and I asked!! Rich was on top of all the new car's features and warranties and Luciano worked on getting us the best price for our trade in.... Highly recommend Casa Autoplex and these two in particular!!
