Service Department Review: Maria was my consultant. She listened and understood the reported concern with my vehicle. Unfortunately, when I brought my vehicle in, it decided to no longer have the A/C issue. Maria still went through the steps and technicians gave my vehicle a thorough look over to ensure they didn’t miss anything. Very happy with service all around! Fast forward a few days: my vehicle A/C issue returns during one of our hot days; I drove straight to Ford. While Maria was not available, Roger remembered me, stepped in to help and we looked through some potential issues. From the service reps to the technicians, Casa Ford Las Cruces has a great team of people available!

Employees are very nice and do their jobs well but, the call system is a bit goofy. I called several four times and asked for Honda services and was transferred to the wrong department each time, left a voicemail each time with name, reason, phone number, and never got a call back each time.
