My car broke down on the freeway and after calling several places to tow it for repair, Ford agreed to see it the very next day. They were honest and communicated with me. Would give 5 stars except the price to repair/replace the fuel line was really high. Work on those prices and I'd be happier.

When you make an Appointment, you figure that it is the time they are gonna take you. Well, I found out that is the Drop Off Time. I sat there from 10:00am thinking that was my Appointment time only to be told at 11:30 that my vehicle was barely gonna be worked on. So I was there for 21/2 hours just waiting. So when I complained to the service manager, he explained it to me. So when it says appointment it's only a drop of time.
